RESULTADOS PARCIAIS E REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA DE UMA PESQUISA SOBRE O PLANO DE LOGÍSTICA SUSTENTÁVEL E SOBRE APLICATIVO DE GESTÃO AMBIENTAL – SUA UTILIZAÇÃO NO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL DO TRABALHO DE ALAGOAS
O presente artigo tem a finalidade apresentar dados parciais sobre uma pesquisa intitulada “Aplicativo de Gestão Ambiental – Sua utilização no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho de Alagoas”, iniciada em 2019, promovida pelo Programa de Pós–Graduação Profissional em Análise de Sistemas Ambientais (PPGSA) do Centro de Estudos Superiores de Maceió (CESMAC). Ela decorre da necessidade de se catalogar em um único sistema os dados sobre a gestão ambiental do Judiciário Trabalhista de Alagoas, as suas metas e os resultados pretendidos, e aqueles obtidos. Esse aplicativo é de fundamental importância tanto no que se refere à condensação em um único local tais informações, bem como permite ampliar o raio de ação das políticas públicas ambientais do Tribunal. A metodologia utilizada foi a descritiva com a catalogação dos resultados parciais alcançados até o momento, cuja pesquisa está autorizada pelo TRT da 19ª Região mediante Processo Administrativo nº. 2784/2019. O resultado parcial da pesquisa demonstrou que a utilização de aplicativos para monitoramento de gestão ambiental é caminho sem retorno, notadamente porque tanto empresas quanto órgãos públicos podem e devem contribuir na redução de produção de resíduos sólidos e outros rejeitos decorrentes de sua produção industrial, empresarial e atividade pública. De maneira que é somente com ações concretas e com uso incessante de tecnologia que o meio ambiente poderá se regenerar e se manter ativo nesta e nas próximas gerações.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to present partial data on a research entitled “Application for Environmental Management – Its use in the Regional Labor Court of Alagoas”, started in 2019, promoted by the Professional Post–Graduate Program in Environmental Systems Analysis (PPGSA) of the Center for Higher Studies of Maceió (CESMAC). It stems from the need to catalog in a single system the data on the environmental management of the Labor Court of Alagoas, its goals and the intended results, and those obtained. This application is of fundamental importance both with regard to the condensation in a single location of such information, as well as allowing to expand the scope of action of the Court's environmental public policies. The methodology used was the descriptive with the cataloging of the partial results achieved so far, whose research is authorized by the TRT of the 19th Region through Administrative Process nº. 2784/2019. The partial result of the research demonstrated that the use of applications for monitoring environmental management is a path of no return, notably because both companies and public agencies can and should contribute to reducing the production of solid waste and other waste resulting from their industrial, business and public activity. So that it is only with concrete actions and with the constant use of technology that the environment can regenerate and remain active in this and the next generations.
