RESSIGNIFICAÇÕES DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER
A violência contra mulher é um aspecto das sociabilidades entre os gêneros que se apresenta de formas diversas, desdobrando-se, de acordo com a tipologia proposta na Lei 11.340/2006 (Lei
Maria da Penha), em cinco possibilidades: violência física, violência patrimonial, violência sexual, violência moral e violência psicológica. A mudança legislativa provocou uma reorientação
significativa nas representações sociais jurídicas que classificam vítima e agressor. Este artigo se
debruça sobre o tema, ao abordar o modo como a concepção social da violência tem se manifestado
desde a sua promulgação. Toma como base os registros realizados pelo Centro Integrado de
Atendimento à Mulher de Juazeiro/BA (CIAM), entre 2006 e julho de 2018. Os resultados apontam
que a violência psicológica, contrariando a expectativa de subnotificação, foi a mais registrada, com
41,29% dentre os casos verificados, seguida da violência física, com 35,74%. Tem como foco a
discussão panorâmica sobre a trajetória das concepções de violência, especialmente seu deslocamento e ressignificação conceitual ao longo do tempo, o que se mostra positivamente como tentativa de superar a naturalização da violência de gênero. Discute ainda as implicações no tratamento a ser adotado pela rede de assistência, responsável tanto pelo planejamento, quanto pela implementação de políticas públicas.

Abstract:
Violence against women is an aspect of sociability between genders that presents itself in different ways, unfolding, according to the typology proposed in Law 11.340/2006 (Law Maria da Penha), in five possibilities: physical violence, patrimonial violence, sexual violence, moral violence and psychological violence. The legislative change provoked a reorientation significant in the legal social representations that classify victim and aggressor. This article if focuses on the theme, approaching the way in which the social conception of violence has manifested itself since its enactment. Based on the records made by the Integrated Center for Assistance to Women in Juazeiro/BA (CIAM), between 2006 and July 2018. The results show that psychological violence, contrary to the expectation of underreporting, was the most registered, with 41.29% among the verified cases, followed by physical violence, with 35.74%. It focuses on panoramic discussion on the trajectory of conceptions of violence, especially its displacement and conceptual resignification over time, which shows itself positively as an attempt to overcome the naturalization of gender violence.
