RESSIGNIFICAÇÃO DA CONCEPÇÃO DE EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA E AS EXIGÊNCIAS DE FORMAÇÃO PARA O TRABALHO DOCENTE
O objetivo deste estudo é analisar
as mudanças da concepção de Educação a
Distância nos principais marcos legais que
regulam a modalidade no Brasil, e identificar
as exigências atuais para o trabalho docente
na modalidade. Trata-se de um estudo teórico
com uso da pesquisa qualitativa. Conclui-se
que as mudanças, na concepção da educação
a distância (EaD), relacionam-se à questão da
qualidade da educação e sua ressignificação
se deu a partir de atualização das legislações
que regularam a modalidade. Os referenciais
teóricos investigados apontaram os desafios
e as possibilidades do trabalho docente na
EaD e sinalizaram a polidocência como a
alternativa que se adequa ao perfil esperado
dos profissionais na atualidade. Constatou-se
que o novo marco regulatório, embora defina
as funções dos profissionais da modalidade,
não ampliou os aspectos formativos que
caracterizam cada função, deixando a cargo
das instituições de ensino esta definição.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to
analyze the changes of the concept of Distance
Education in the main legal frameworks that
regulate the modality in Brazil, and to identify
the current requirements for the teaching work
in the modality. This is a theoretical study
using the research approach. It is concluded
that, the changes in the conception of EaD,
were related to the quality of education issue
and its resignification came from the update of
the legislation that regulated the modality. The
theoretical references investigated pointed out
the challenges and possibilities of the teaching
work in the EaD and indicated the “polydocência”
as the alternative that suits the expected profile
of the professionals in the present time. It was
found that the new regulatory framework, while
defining the functions of the professionals of
the sport, did not extend the formative aspects
that characterize each function, leaving to the
educational institutions this definition.
