RESPONSABILIZAÇÃO ESTATAL E ATENDIMENTO SOCIOEDUCATIVO EM MEIO ABERTO: UM OLHAR AO MUNICÍPIO DE FLORIANÓPOLIS
Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa realizada no ano de 2015. Tendo sido, os resultados encontrados, base analítica do trabalho de conclusão de curso (TCC) construído ao fim do processo formativo em Serviço Social pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Produção semelhante, ainda que em menor extensão, foi apresentada no 16º Congresso Brasileiro de Assistentes Sociais do ano de 2019. À época da pesquisa originária, objetivou-se conhecer e analisar a oferta de serviços e o acesso aos direitos fundamentais dos adolescentes e jovens que se encontraram em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto no município de Florianópolis. Problematizando a responsabilização, por parte do Estado, na execução dessas mesmas medidas.

Abstract:
The present article shows the results of a survey implemented in the year of 2015. The results found were an analytical basis from the course conclusion work (TCC), built at the end of the training process in Social Work by the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Similar production, even thought less extent, was presented at the 16th Brazilian Congress of Social Workers in 2019. At the time of the original research, the aim of this study was to analyze the offer of assistance and acess to the fundamental rights of adolescentes and young attended in Florianópolis who were submitted to legal sanctions. The autor questiones the State’s responsability performing the execution of these legal sanctions.
