RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA COVID-19: ALGUMAS AÇÕES DESENVOLVIDAS PELO IFRS CAMPUS BENTO GONÇALVES
Este artigo tem como objetivo geral analisar e descrever as ações de responsabilidade social de uma instituição federal de ensino no interior do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul/RS, localizada na Capital Brasileira do Vinho. A pesquisa possui uma abordagem qualitativa e se classifica como um estudo de caso desenvolvido no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS), Campus Bento Gonçalves. A responsabilidade social é reconhecida pelas práticas e valor social que a organização, em seu perfil de ação, reconhece e atua em problemas enfrentados pela comunidade, tendo consciência de sua missão social. Nesse cenário histórico de pandemia, a instituição mencionada tem feito a diferença com a doação de máscaras, luvas, cestas básicas, face Shields, álcool gel, elaborado a partir da destilação de vinho, entre outros produtos e serviços. Essas ações demonstram claramente a importância da responsabilidade social desta organização em prol da melhoria do bem dos partícipes da sociedade na qual se insere, nestes tempos tão sensíveis em que vivemos.

Abstract:
In this article the principal objective is to analyze and describe the social actions of responsability of a federal educational institution, situated in a country city of the Rio Grande do Sul/RS State, located in Brazil, and known as Capital of Wine. This research has a qualitative approach and it's classified as a case study developed in a Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul – IFRS Campus Bento Gonçalves. The social responsibility is recognized by the practices and the social value that the organization has in its action profile, recognizes and acts on problems faced by the community, being aware of its social mission. In this historical pandemic situation, the mentioned institution has made a difference with the donation of masks, gloves, food baskets, face Shields, alcohol gel made from wine distillation, among other products and services. These actions clearly demonstrate the importance of the responsability in this social organization , in favor of improvement of all participants that belong of this society, in really sensitive times in which we live.
