RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL POR DÍVIDA JÁ SOLVIDA, SOB A ÉGIDE DA SUMULA Nº 159 DO SUPREMO TRIBUNAL FEDERAL E A SUA APLICAÇÃO NAS RELAÇÕES CÍVEIS, CONSUMERISTAS E LABORAIS
Este estudo é uma revisão de literatura, que visa fazer uma abordagem acerca do instituto jurídico da responsabilidade civil, fazendo um paralelo entre o artigo 940 do código civil brasileiro com a súmula 159 do supremo tribunal federal, apoiando-se para tanto na doutrina, na legislação e nos estudos jurisprudenciais. Na mesma toada, fez-se uma breve leitura acerca das condutas que estão intimamente ligadas e fazem parte de um enredo que estão inseridos nas relações processualísticas (direito processual civil e do trabalho), bem como nas relações de consumo, conforme a lei 8.078/90 – código de defesa do consumidor.

Abstract:
This study is a literature review, which aims to approach the legal institute of civil liability, making a parallel between article 940 of the Brazilian civil code with the summary 159 of the supreme federal court, based on the -trine, legislation and jurisprudential studies. In the same vein, a brief reading was made about the conducts that are closely linked and are part of a plot that are embedded in the procedural relations (civil and labor procedural law), as well as in the consumer relations, as law 8.078 / 90 – Consumer Protection Code.
