RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL DIANTE DOS IMPACTOS CAUSADOS POR EXPOSIÇÃO AOS AGROTÓXICOS À SAÚDE HUMANA
O trabalho agrícola pode ser
considerado uma das ocupações mais
perigosas da atualidade diante dos vários riscos
ocupacionais, destacando-se os impactos da
exposição constante aos agrotóxicos em suas
mais variadas formas, causando intoxicações
agudas, doenças crônicas e danos ambientais
variados. Os trabalhadores rurais expostos
a esses produtos são a maioria, sendo as
intoxicações agudas a forma mais visível do seu
impacto na saúde, apesar de existirem outras
formas, nem sempre aparentes ou notificadas.
Portanto, estamos diante de um grave problema
no setor da saúde pública, considerando-se
ainda, que a ocorrência de subnotificações
dos casos de intoxicação por agrotóxicos
possui dados relevantes. Neste Cenário, o
presente artigo se propõe a uma análise dos
principais elementos que envolvem o tema da
Responsabilidade Civil diante dos impactos
causados por agrotóxicos à saúde humana,
notadamente aos trabalhadores rurais, focando
na problemática da difícil caracterização do
nexo causal tendo em vista a complexidade da
insegurança jurídica acarretada diante da sua
difícil caracterização, principalmente nos casos
de intoxicação crônica por agrotóxicos, visto
que uma variável imensa de danos à saúde
só se manifesta em momentos futuros após a
exposição contínua a esses agentes.

Abstract:
The farm work can be considered
one of the most dangerous occupations of
today in the face of various occupational risks,
highlighting the impacts of constant exposure to
pesticides in its most varied forms, causing acute
poisoning, chronic diseases and environmental
damage varied. The rural workers exposed to
these products are the majority, and the acute
poisoning the most visible form of its impact
on health, although there are other ways, not
always apparent or notified. Therefore, we
are facing a serious problem in the field of
public health, considering that the occurrence
of underreporting of cases of poisoning by
pesticides has relevant data. In this Scenery,
the present article intends the an analysis of the
main elements that they involve the theme of the
Civil Responsibility before the impacts caused
by pesticides to the human health, especially
to the rural workers, focusing in the problem of
the difficult characterization of the causal connection tends in view the complexity of
the juridical insecurity carted due to his difficult characterization, mainly In the cases
of chronic intoxication for pesticides, because an immense variable ob damages to
the alone health shows in moments futures after the continuous exhibition the those
agents.
