RESIDÊNCIA PEDAGÓGICA: REFLEXÕES ACERCA DA ESTRUTURA DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO E DA PRÁTICA DOCENTE NO PROCESSO EDUCACIONAL
O graduando para consolidar a sua carreira docente enfrenta uma tarefa bastante difícil, no qual irá se deparar com desafios, frustações e conquistas. Assim, uma das propostas de ensino que permite ao licenciando o contato com o ambiente escolar é a participação no Programa de Residência Pedagógica, a mesma contribui para que eles tenham um contato maior com a realidade das escolas, oferendo assim, uma oportunidade para aprenderem a resolver os problemas que irão enfrentar durante a profissão. Dessa forma, o Programa de Residência Pedagógica tem como intuito colocar o licenciando diante da realidade que irá se deparar futuramente em sua profissão, possibilitando ao futuro profissional da educação saber agir em frente às diversas situações que possam ocorrer em sala de aula. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho objetivou observar a estrutura da instituição de ensino e da prática docente. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foram realizados os seguintes métodos. Primeiramente, foi observado a estrutura da escola, bem como a composição dos funcionários e o corpo docente e administrativo. Posteriormente, foi realizado a observação da prática docente, afim de se obter informações sobre o domínio de conteúdo, relação professor e aluno, metodologia utilizada, dentre outros pontos. Com a observação realizada, foi possível averiguar que a instituição de ensino possui uma excelente estrutura física externa e interna, bem como profissionais capacitados, o que acarreta em um ambiente agradável para os estudantes. Durante a observação da prática docente, percebeu-se que existem vários desafios no ensino, e que se faz necessário saber lidar com uma sala de aula, para que assim, se possa resolver as mais diversificadas situações. Portanto, conclui-se que o Programa de Residência Pedagógica permite que o estudante tenha contato com o ambiente escolar, assim o mesmo poderá se sobressair em alguns problemas enfrentado no dia a dia escolar.

Abstract:
The graduate student to consolidate his teaching career faces a very difficult task, in which he will face challenges, frustrations and achievements. Thus, one of the teaching proposals that allows the licensee to have contact with the school environment is participation in the Pedagogical Residency Program, which contributes to them having a greater contact with the reality of schools, so offering an opportunity to learn to solve the problems they will face during the profession. In this way, the Pedagogical Residency Program aims to put the licensee in front of the reality that they will face in their profession in the future, enabling the future education professional to know how to act in front of the various situations that may occur in the classroom. In this sense, the present study aimed to observe the structure of the teaching institution and teaching practice. For the development of this work, the following methods were performed. First, the structure of the school was observed, as well as the composition of employees and teaching and administrative staff. Subsequently, the observation of teaching practice was carried out, in order to obtain information on the content domain, teacher and student relationship, methodology used, among other points. With the observation made, it was possible to ascertain that the educational institution has an excellent external and internal physical structure, as well as trained professionals, which results in a pleasant environment for students. During the observation of teaching practice, it was realized that there are several challenges in teaching, and that it is necessary to know how to deal with a classroom, so that, in order to solve the most diverse situations. Therefore, it is concluded that the Pedagogical Residency Program allows the student to have contact with the school environment, so that he may excel in some problems faced in the school day to day.
