REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS E (RE) CONSTRUÇÕES DE IDENTIDADE: UM OLHAR DE “GET OUT”
Esta pesquisa, baseada na Teoria das Representações Sociais
(Moscovici, 2009) e da Identidade (Hall, 2006; Bauman, 2005) investiga a obra
cinematográfica “Get out” ou “Corra” de Jordan Peele (2017). O objetivo geral
da pesquisa é verificar de que forma os estereótipos sociais, trazidos pelo
senso comum ao longo da história, são representados no cinema. Como
objetivos específicos, elencamos observar como se dá a (re) construção das
identidades do negro na obra. Quanto ao aparato teórico-metodológico trata-se
de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, de cunho interpretativo,
bibliográfica centrada nos autores anteriormente mencionados, e documentais
do filme citado. Justifica-se o presente trabalho pela necessidade de
aprofundar os estudos acerca do cinema em sala de aula, além de discutir-se a
representação do negro neste córpus. É possível, pela análise empreitada,
reiterar o posicionamento de Hall ao enfatizar que a construção da identidade
se dá pela diferença.

Abstract:
: This research, based on the Theory of Social Representations (Moscovici, 2009) and Identity (Hall, 2006; Bauman, 2005) investigates the cinematographic work “Get out” or “Corra” by Jordan Peele (2017). The general objective of the research is to verify how the social stereotypes, brought by common sense throughout history, are represented in the cinema. As specific objectives, we list how to (re)construct the blak identities in the work. As for the theoretical and methodological apparatus, it is a qualitative research, with na interpretive nature, bibliographic focused on the authors previously mentioned and documentary of the mentioned film. The present work is justified by the need to deepen the studies about movie theater in the classroom, in addition to discussing the representation of the black in this córtex. It is possible, through the analysis undertaken, to reiterate Hall’s positioning by emphasizing that the construction of identity occurs through difference.
