REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS DE GESTANTES DE ALTO RISCO SOBRE A EXPERIÊNCIA DA MATERNIDADE
RESUMO
O diagnóstico de gestação de alto risco pode influenciar nas representações sociais das mulheres que experienciam a maternidade visto que sentimentos como medo, insegurança e incapacidade podem permear esse universo, implicando em obstáculos a serem superados durante o período gravídico. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa consistiu em: Apreender as representações sociais sobre a experiência da maternidade em gestantes de alto risco acompanhadas no Centro Municipal de Atendimento Especializado (CMAE), e como objetivos específicos: Traçar o perfil biopsicossocial das gestantes de alto risco acompanhadas no CMAE; Elencar e categorizar as principais causas identificadas nas gestantes de alto risco acompanhadas pelo CMAE. Trata-se de um estudo quanti-qualitativo, com lócus no CMAE, localizado no município de Ilhéus - Bahia. Os dados foram coletados mediante levantamento em prontuários, bem como através de entrevista semiestruturada com as depoentes. Procedeu-se a análise estatística simples dos dados em prontuários e as entrevistas foram processadas pela técnica de conteúdo temática proposta por Bardin. Constatou-se que, as gestantes de alto risco representam a experiência da maternidade como um ato de abnegação, vocação e sacrifício, momento em que desvelam felicidade e amor, mesmo diante de situações que geram temor e preocupação. Ademais, percebe-se que o acompanhamento no pré-natal de alto risco é vislumbrado pelas gestantes na dimensão biológica, ancorados nos moldes do modelo biomédico. Conclui-se que, a maternidade ainda é representada pelas gestantes de alto risco como um ideário social de abnegação independente da condição de risco em que se encontram.

ABSTRACT
The diagnosis of high risk pregnancy may influence the social representations of women who experience motherhood, as feelings such as fear, insecurity and disability may permeate this universe, implying obstacles to be overcome during the pregnancy period. The general objective of this research was to: Understand the social representations about the experience of motherhood in high-risk pregnant women followed at the Municipal Specialized Care Center (CMAE), and as specific objectives: To draw the biopsychosocial profile of high-risk pregnant women followed at the CMAE ; List and categorize the main causes identified in high-risk pregnant women followed by CMAE. This is a quantitative and qualitative study with locus in CMAE, located in the municipality of Ilhéus - Bahia. Data were collected through medical records, as well as through semi-structured interviews with the interviewees. Statistical and tabular analysis of the data in medical records was performed and the interviews were processed by the thematic content technique proposed by Bardin. It was found that high-risk pregnant women represent the experience of motherhood as an act of selflessness, vocation and sacrifice, when they reveal happiness, love, but also feelings of despair, fear, worry. Moreover, it is clear that high-risk prenatal care is seen by pregnant women in the biological dimension, anchored in the mold of the biomedical model. It is concluded that motherhood is still seen by women endowed with a social symbolism, linked to popular acquiescence of women when exercising pregnancy.
