REPRESENTAÇÕES DOS CONSELHEIROS SOBRE A ARTICULAÇÃO CULTURA E NATUREZA NA GESTÃO DA ÁREA DE PROTEÇÃO AMBIENTAL SERRA DONA FRANCISCA
O principal objetivo deste trabalho
foi discutir representações dos conselheiros da
Área de Proteção Ambiental (APA) Serra Dona
Francisca sobre a articulação entre cultura e
natureza na gestão deste lugar, norteado pela
problemática de analisar de que maneira o
debate de proteção da paisagem cultural em
uma APA pode ser articulado e em que medida
os planos de gestão da paisagem cultural podem
ser incorporados aos planos de manejo advindos
da APA. Para isso, buscou-se o entendimento
teórico-científico sobre representações sociais,
paisagem cultural, questões acerca da proteção
ambiental brasileira e da gestão da paisagem
cultural da APA Serra Dona Francisca. Os
procedimentos metodológicos adotados foram
o levantamento de documentos, leis, fontes
bibliográficas e a aplicação de um questionário
com todos os conselheiros atuantes em 2015
do Conselho Gestor da Área de Proteção
Ambiental Serra Dona Francisca, através
de formulário elaborado com a ferramenta
Google Docs. A gestão da paisagem cultural
impõe desafios de alta complexidade, e por
isso, uma abordagem interdisciplinar é capaz
de aprofundar as diversas áreas de interface,
muito relevante em função da gestão em uma
Unidade de Conservação de uso sustentável,
como é o caso da APA Serra Dona Francisca.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this paper
was discuss representations of the counselors of
the Environmental Protection Area (APA) Serra
Dona Francisca over the interaction between
culture and nature in the management of this
place, oriented by a problematic of analyzing
in which way the debate of protection of the
cultural landscape in an APA can be articulated
and to what extent the management plans of
the cultural landscape can be incorporated
to the management plans coming from the
APA. Thereunto, the theoretical-scientific
comprehension about social representations,
cultural landscape, issues related to Brazilian
environmental protection and about management
of the cultural landscape of the APA Serra Dona
Francisca. The methodological procedures
adopted were the survey of documents, laws,
bibliographical sources and the application
of a questionnaire to all the counselors acting
in 2015 from de Management Council of the
Environmental Protection Area Serra Dona
Francisca, through the form prepared with the Google Docs tool. The management
of the cultural landscape presents challenges of high complexity, and, that is why, an
interdisciplinary approach is able to deepen the different interface areas, very relevant
due to the management in a Conservation Unit of sustainable use, as it is the case of
the APA Serra Dona Francisca.
