REPRESENTAÇÃO SOCIAL DA GRAVIDEZ EM MULHERES PRIMIGESTAS ASSISTIDAS NO AMBULATÓRIO DE PRÉ-NATAL DA MATERNIDADE ESCOLA DA UFRJ
RESUMO
O presente artigo é um braço da monografia do curso de especialização em Assistência Integral à Saúde Materno Infantil e visa compreender as representações sociais de mulheres primigestas assistidas pela Maternidade Escola/UFRJ para realização de pré-natal. Segundo a literatura que aborda o fenômeno gravidez, o mesmo é descrito como um evento biopsicossocial, que está atravessado por valores culturais, sociais, econômicos e emocionais, trazendo diversas modificações ao organismo e à vida social da mulher. Desta forma, a mulher pode experienciar situações, das mais simplórias às mais complexas, que interferem tanto no seu bem-estar como no de seu bebê, podendo gerar medos e/ou ansiedades, até o desencadeamento de risco gestacional. É necessário que esta mulher/gestante receba apoio e suporte das pessoas para ela significativas, assim como atenção e correta atuação da equipe de saúde que participará de todo o percurso do ciclo gravídico-puerperal. Esta foi uma pesquisa de campo, de cunho qualitativo, compreensiva, realizada em duas etapas: a primeira foi a observação das atividades de acolhimento coletivo das gestantes atendidas na Maternidade Escola com o objetivo de melhor conhecer o campo em causa. A segunda etapa consistiu em aplicação de uma entrevista aberta, contendo uma questão disparadora com finalidade de captar as explicações e interpretações trazidas pelas gestantes acerca do fenômeno gravidez. Participaram dessa pesquisa 19 (dezenove) primigestas. Esclarecemos que a entrevista buscou cartografar categorias, tais como valores culturais, religiosos, psicossociais, econômicos. Assim, o tema proposto de compreender as representações sociais dessas gestantes, em suas singularidades, é relevante e traz em seu cerne a possibilidade e a probabilidade desta gravidez transcorrer da melhor forma possível.

Abstract:
This article is an arm of the monograph of the specialization course on Integral Assistance to Maternal and Child Health, and aims to understand the social representations of primitive women assisted by Maternity School / UFRJ for prenatal care. According to the literature that deals with the phenomenon of pregnancy, it is described as a biopsychosocial event, which is crossed by cultural, social, economic and emotional values, bringing various changes in the body and in the social life of women. In this way, the woman can experience situations, from simple to complex, that interfere both in her well-being and that of her baby, which can generate fears and / or anxieties, until the onset of gestational risk. It is necessary for this woman / pregnant woman to receive significant support and support from the people for her, as well as the attention and correct performance of the health team that will participate throughout the pregnancy-puerperal cycle. This was a comprehensive qualitative field research, carried out in two stages: The first stage of the research was the observation of the activities of collective reception of the pregnant women attending the Maternity School with the objective of better knowing the field in question. The second stage of the research consisted in the application of an open interview, containing a triggering question with the purpose of capturing the explanations and interpretations brought by the pregnant women about the pregnancy phenomenon. Participated in this study 19 (nineteen) primigravidae. We clarify that the interview sought to map categories, such as cultural, religious, psychosocial, and economic values. Thus, the proposed theme of understanding the social representations of these pregnant women, in their singularities, is relevant and brings in its core the possibility and the probability of this pregnancy to run in the best possible way. -
