REPRESENTAÇÃO DO SUJEITO INDÍGENA EM DOCUMENTO OFICIAL E SUA REPERCUSSÃO NO CENÁRIO EDUCACIONAL BRASILEIRO
esta pesquisa objetiva problematizar
a representação sobre o indígena, enquanto
cultura minoritária, construída pela esfera
jurídico-administrativa cujo eco discursivo
repercute na esfera educacional brasileira. O
corpus organiza-se de recortes discursivos
segmentados do documento final da “Convenção
sobre a Proteção e Promoção da Diversidade
das Expressões Culturais. Nossa hipótese é de
que esta materialidade, entrelaçada/entretecida
ao texto legal da lei 11.645 e a aparatos
didáticos, já em circulação, possibilita a (re)
construção e /ou a (re)significação do processo
de colonização, do desejo de controle por parte
da hegemonia em cristalizar a representação
dos povos indígenas e de suas culturas, como
sujeitos marginalizados e subalternos.

Abstract:
this research aims to
problematizes representation on the indigenous,
as a minoritarian culture, built by the legaladministrative
sphere whose discursive echo
impacts in the Brazilian educational sphere. The
corpus is organized in segmented discursive
cuts of the final document of the “Convenção
sobre a Proteção e Promoção da Diversidade
das Expressões Culturais”. We hypothesize that
this materiality, interwoven with the legal text,
11.645 in didactic devices, in circulation, enables
the (re)construction and / or (re) significance of
the process of colonization, desire for control by
the hegemony in crystallizing the representation
of indigenous peoples and their cultures as
marginalized and subaltern subjects.
