REORGANIZAR PARA APOIAR: A EXPERIÊNCIA DO NÚCLEO AMPLIADO DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA E ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA DE JACAREÍ/SP NO ENFRENTAMENTO DA PANDEMIA DA COVID-19
Objetivo: Demonstrar a reformulação do trabalho das equipes do Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família e Atenção Primária (eNASF-AP) para apoiar as unidades de AP em Jacareí-SP. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência. Resultados: Com a Pandemia, inicia-se um processo de reflexão das eNASF-AP, junto à gestão. A partir disso, nasce o projeto "Missão COVID-19", com base na Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) e no apoio matricial. Seguiu-se as etapas: 1) Construção de materiais sobre Equipamentos de Proteção Individual, COVID-19 e seu manejo na AP; 2) EPS com as eNASF-AP; 3) EPS nas unidades de AP pelas eNASF-AP; 4) Construção de materiais de apoio; 5) Avaliação e aprimoramento das ações. Houve uma variação entre as unidades em relação à construção da EPS e execução das atividades propostas. Conclusão: A “Missão COVID-19” tem proporcionado construção coletiva do conhecimento sobre a COVID-19, reorganização do ambiente de trabalho, apoio emocional e a multiplicação para a população.

Abstract:
Objective: To demonstrate the reformulation in the work of the teams of the Expanded Nucleus of Family Health and Primary Care (eNASF-AP) to support the Units AP in Jacareí-SP. Methodology: This is na experience report. Results: With the Pandemic, a reflection process of the eNASF-AP was started along with the management. From this, the “COVID-19 Mission" project was given life, based on Permanent Health Education (PHE) and matrix support. The steps followed: 1) Construction of texts on Individual Protection Equipment (IPEs), COVID-19 and management of COVID-19 in AP; 2) PHE with eNASF-AP; 3) PHE in units AP from eNASF-AP; 4) Construction of support materials; 5) Evaluation and improvement of actions. There was a variation between the units in relation to the construction of the PHE and executing the proposed activities. Conclusion: The "COVID-19 Mission" has provided collective construction of knowledge about COVID-19, reorganization of the work environment, emotional support, and multiplication for the population.
