RENDIMENTO DE CARCAÇA E CORTES EM FRANGOS DE CORTE - HÍBRIDOS COMERCIAIS (Gallus gallus domesticus)
O estudo avaliou o peso e rendimento dos cortes de dois híbridos comerciais de frango. Foram alojados machos, criados de 1 a 42 dias de idade, das linhagens comerciais Cobb500 e Hubbard Flex. O delineamento experimental foi inteiramente casualizado, composto por dois tratamentos - CB e HB. As aves foram criadas em galpões comerciais e ao atingir peso de abate, enviadas ao frigorífico. Foram avaliadas as características peso das aves, rendimento de carcaça e rendimento de cortes. As aves da linhagem híbrida CB apresentaram um maior rendimento para peito e pele do peito. Os maiores rendimentos de dorso, patas, coxa, osso da coxa, osso da sobrecoxa, coxinha da asa, meio da asa e ponta da asa foram obtidos pela linhagem HB. Não houve diferença significativa em rendimento no sassami, osso do peito e sobrecoxa. De acordo com os resultados percebe-se que há diferença entre as linhagens no rendimento de alguns cortes, o que facilita a escolha da linhagem mais fiel às características das demandas empresa.

Abstract:
The research was developed in a farm integrated to the Cooperative located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, with the purpose of evaluating the weight and yield of the cuts of two commercial hybrids of broiler. They were housed in two sheds, male, reared from 1 to 42 days of age, of the CB and HB lineages. The experimental design was completely randomized, consisting of two treatments and 24 repetitions. 150 birds were weighed from each shed and the mean weight and standard deviation were calculated to obtain the chickens that will constitute the repetitions. The slaughter weight and yield of the cuts were made in the refrigerator. Regarding the yield of cuts, the birds of the hybrid CB lineage presented a higher yield for breast and chest skin. The highest yields of the back, paws, thigh, thigh bone, envelope bone, wing thigh, wing middle and wing tip were obtained by the HB lineage. There was no significant difference in yield in sassami, breastbone, and thigh. According to the results found, differences in some cuts are concluded, which facilitates the choice of the lineage more faithful to the characteristics of the company and that provides the best yield in the commercialized cuts.
