RENDA FAMILIAR NA REGIÃO IMEDIATA DE ITUIUTABA: INTRODUÇÃO AOS ESTUDOS SOBRE A VULNERABILIDADE SOCIAL
As acumulações desiguais de renda e riqueza emergem como uma problemática estrutural das sociedades capitalistas, uma vez que essa sociedade se reproduz gerando, concomitantemente, por um lado, penúria, miséria, vulnerabilidades, desigualdades e, por outro lado, abundâncias e acumulações de renda e riquezas. Assim, entendemos que a renda, como também sua acumulação desigual, são fatores importantes no entendimento da pobreza e, por conseguinte, nos estudos de vulnerabilidades sociais. A Região Imediata de Ituiutaba/MG possui cidades com diferentes realidades socioeconômicas, com distintos níveis de acumulação de capital e, possivelmente, diferentes áreas e graus de vulnerabilidade social. Nessa conjuntura, faz-se necessário entender as distintas acumulações de renda familiar dos municípios dessa região, para que esses dados possam colaborar com mensurações futuras de vulnerabilidade social e, do mesmo modo, auxiliar em estudos socioespaciais nos municípios em questão. Portanto, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a renda familiar dos municípios da Região Imediata de Ituiutaba. Para tanto, propõe-se refletir sobre as acumulações desiguais no âmbito da vulnerabilidade social, a partir de um viés capitalista, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, fundamentando-se nos estudos de Harvey (2016), Kaztman e Filgueira (1999) e Zaffaroni (1999). Em seguida, por meio de dados do Censo Demográfico de 2010 do IBGE, buscou-se mensurar a renda familiar dos domicílios dos municípios em estudo. Os dados apontaram que, enquanto uma grande parcela da população possui uma renda per capita baixa ou se encontra nos bolsões do desemprego, sobrevivendo na informalidade ou à mercê de políticas públicas, ou até mesmo sem renda, uma pequena parcela da população detém rendas per capitas exorbitantes. Isso demonstra o quanto a desigualdade social impacta a estrutura da sociedade e o quanto ela é capaz de alimentar o sistema capitalista.

Abstract:
Unequal accumulations of income and wealth emerge as a structural problem of capitalist societies, once this society concomitantly reproduces itself generating, on the one hand, penury, misery, vulnerabilities, inequalities and, on the other hand, abundances and accumulations of income and wealth. Thus, we understand that income, as well as its unequal accumulation, are important factors to understand poverty and, therefore, social vulnerability studies. The immediate region of Ituiutaba/MG consists of cities with different socioeconomic realities, with distinct levels of capital accumulation and, possibly, different areas and degrees of social vulnerability. In this context, it is necessary to understand the distinct accumulations of family income in the municipalities of this region, so that this data may collaborate on future measurements of social vulnerability and, in the same way, collaborate on socio-spatial studies in these municipalities. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the family income of the municipalities of the Immediate Region of Ituiutaba. To this purpose, it is proposed to reflect on the unequal accumulations within the scope of social vulnerability, from a capitalist view, through bibliographic research, based on studies of Harvey (2016), Kaztman and Filgueira (1999) and Zaffaroni (1999). After that, using data from IBGE Demographic Census of 2010, we tried to measure the family income of households in the municipalities under study. Data showed that, while a great part of the population has low per capita income or is unemployed, surviving in informality or at the mercy of public policies, or even with no income, a small part of the population hold exorbitant per capita incomes. This demonstrates how social inequality affects the structure of society and how it is able to nourish the capitalist system.
