REMUNERAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DAS REDES MUNICIPAIS DE CAPANEMA, MARABÁ E PARAGOMINAS – PA: O QUE MUDOU A PARTIR DO PSPN?
Este trabalho trata da remuneração dos professores da rede municipal de três cidades polo no Estado do Pará: Capanema, Marabá e Paragominas, na perspectiva de verificar se o valor recebido como vencimento pelos professores no período de 2009 a 2017 é compatível com o que estabelece a Lei nº 11.738/2008 que instituiu o Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional – PSPN. Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental em que foram utilizadas as Legislações municipais que dispõem sobre os Planos de Cargos, Carreira e Remuneração e demais Leis que estabelecem reajustes nas tabelas de vencimentos. No município de Capanema verificou-se que o PSPN começou a ser pago para o professor com formação em nível médio e 40 horas, somente a partir de 2017. Nos municípios de Marabá e Paragominas a instituição do PSPN nacionalmente propiciou o achatamento dos vencimentos recebidos pelos professores, visto que até o ano 2009 os vencimentos praticados eram superiores ao valor estabelecido pela Lei nº 11.738/2008.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the remuneration of teachers from the municipal network of three cities in the State of Pará: Capanema, Marabá and Paragominas, in order to verify if the amount received as salary by teachers in the period from 2009 to 2017 is compatible with what establishes the Law nº 11.738/2008, which established the National Professional Minimum Wage - PSPN. It is documentary research in which the municipal legislations have been used that dispose on the Career and Remuneration Plan and other Laws that establish readjustments in the salary tables of said Plans. In the municipality of Capanema, it was verified that the PSPN began to be paid to the teacher with a medium level training and 40 hours, only from 2017. In the municipalities of Marabá and Paragominas, the institution of the PSPN nationally propitiated the flattening of the salaries received by the teachers, since up to 2009 the salaries practiced were higher than the amount established by Law nº 11.738/2008.
