RELIGIÃO NA ESFERA PÚBLICA: QUESTÕES PEDAGÓGICAS, TÉCNICAS E SOCIOCULTURAIS DO ENSINO RELIGIOSO NO MUNICÍPIO DE VILA VELHA
Considerando a LDB- Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação 9394/96 em seu Art. 64, afirma que a administração da educação é uma área de conhecimento que como as demais requer formação adicional à formação inicial. Em seu Art. 61, incisos I e II, o princípio da formação dos docentes, enfatiza “ a associação entre teorias e práticas “ inclusive mediante capacitação em serviço. O exercício da gestão escolar requer uma ação conjunta que abrange o pensar e o fazer, a teoria e a prática, a formação didática- pedagógica - político – culturais. A presente aquisição é justificada inicialmente pela necessidade de alcance da Meta 16 do Plano Municipal de Educação (PME) – garantir a todos (as) os (as) profissionais da educação básica, formação continuada em sua área de atuação, considerando as necessidades, demandas e contextualização do sistema de ensino.
Considerando as diretrizes e bases da educação nacional, a LDBE – Lei nº 9.394 de 20 de dezembro de 1996, artigo 62, parágrafo primeiro: A União, o Distrito Federal, os Estados e os Municípios, em regime de colaboração, deverão promover a formação inicial, a continuada e a capacitação dos profissionais de magistério. (Incluído pela Lei nº 12.056, de 2009).
Considerando ainda a Resolução Municipal nº 11, de fevereiro de 2015, que em seu artigo 3º versa: “São objetivos da Política Municipal de Formação de Profissionais do Magistério da Educação Básica”: I – Promover a melhoria da qualidade da Educação Básica; II – Apoiar a oferta e a expansão de cursos de formação continuada a profissionais do magistério; III – Promover a equalização das oportunidades de formação continuada dos profissionais do magistério dos diversos níveis e modalidades de ensino da educação básica; IV - Identificar e suprir a necessidade por formação continuada de profissionais do magistério.

Abstract:
Considering the LDB- Law of Education Guidelines and Bases 9394/96 in its Art. 64, it states that the administration of education is an area of knowledge that, like the others, requires additional training to the initial training. In its Art. 61, items I and II, the principle of teacher education, emphasizes “the association between theories and practices“ including through in-service training. The exercise of school management requires a joint action that covers thinking and doing, theory and practice, didactic-pedagogical - political - cultural training. This acquisition is justified initially by the need to achieve Goal 16 of the Municipal Education Plan (PME) - guaranteeing all basic education professionals, continuing education in their area of activity, considering the needs, demands and contextualization of the education system.
Considering the guidelines and bases of national education, the LDBE - Law nº 9.394 of December 20, 1996, article 62, first paragraph: The Union, the Federal District, the States and the Municipalities, in collaboration, must promote training initial, continuing and training of teaching professionals. (Included by Law No. 12,056, of 2009).
Considering also Municipal Resolution No. 11, of February 2015, which in its 3rd article reads: “The objectives of the Municipal Policy for the Training of Basic Education Teachers” are: I - Promote the improvement of the quality of Basic Education; II - Support the offer and expansion of continuing education courses for teaching professionals; III - Promote equalization of opportunities for continuing education for teaching professionals at different levels and modalities of basic education; IV - Identify and supply the need for continuing education for teaching professionals.
