Abstract: The application of measures related to the preventive social isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020, produced a great impact in the educational field with the suspension of presential education. In this context, the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, proposed to inquire about the perception of the work in virtuality of its entire educational community, to plan strategic management actions for the current situation of virtuality, and the future return to the presence. In this sense, a survey-type instrument was designed and implemented aimed at university teachers, students and staff, addressing different topics: academic, organizational, technological and their perception of virtuality. The results show a positive perception regarding virtuality, obtaining valuable information regarding the changes produced in their practices by the modality used. However, the greatest difficulties were manifested in teacher-student communication and in evaluation. One of the actions that is proposed is to debate about the key aspects, in order to achieve the participation of the entire community. The need for training is shown in the answers of each three groups surveyed. The offer of specific virtual courses is another of the actions that are implemented. Also, it is desirable to review the infrastructure and equipment to improve technological-organizational aspects, in order to positively impact the development of the tasks of the educational community, achieving greater inclusion.
