RELATOS DOCENTES: VOZES QUE ECOAM SOBRE SER, ENSINAR E APRENDER
Relatos docentes são importantes
fontes para compreender a identidade e
os saberes da docência. O presente artigo
investigou concepções de ser professor,
de sua formação inicial, desafios de sua
prática, saberes e contribuições da formação
continuada para sua atuação. Utilizou-se
metodologia qualitativa, na qual se entrevistou
duas professoras, analisando-se suas falas
de modo que não se fizessem, através delas,
generalizações teóricas, porém encontrando
princípios para a compreensão de como o
docente constrói sua identidade, forma saberes
docentes, que são plurais e modificados de
acordo com o tempo e espaço, e em programas
de formação continuada.

Abstract:
Teacher’s reports are important
sources to understand the identity and the
knowledge of teaching. The present article
investigated conceptions about being a teacher,
about his initial formation, challenges of his
practice, knowledges and contributions of
continued formation for his actuation. In this
article was used the qualitative methodology,
in which was made an interview with two
teachers, analyzing their speeches in a manner
that were not made, through them, theoretical
generalizations, but were found principles for
comprehension about how the teacher builds
his identity, forms teachers knowledge, that are
plural and modified according to time and space,
and in continued formation programs.
