Relato de Experiência: Uma Simulação Inesperada
Trabalhar a disciplina Direito
das Famílias garantindo a aprendizagem e
incentivando a autonomia discente foi o desafio
presente nessa metodologia aplicada que
denominamos “Simulação Inesperada”, também
conhecida como O processo do Incidente. A
partir de uma petição com estrutura básica, mas
sem o conteúdo dos fatos a analisar, os alunos
foram convidados a simular um atendimento,
do qual dependiam para garantir os subsídios
a alimentar a exordial. A entrevista com os
clientes norteou o preenchimento da petição,
permitindo uma revisão geral da ementa da
disciplina e o exercício da criatividade para lidar
com as situações decorrentes do atendimento. A
Taxonomia de Bloom foi a ferramenta de suporte
para o instrumento avaliativo da aprendizagem
proposto.

Abstract:
Working as a professor of Family
Law guaranteeing learning and encouraging
student autonomy was the present challenge
in this applied methodology that we call
“Unexpected Simulation”, also known as The
Incident process. From a petition with basic
structure, but without the content of the facts to
analyze, the students were asked to simulate
a care, on which they depended to ensure the
subsidies to feed the exordial. The interview with
the clients guided the fulfillment of the petition,
allowing a general review of the discipline’s
contents and the exercise of creativity to deal
with the situations arising from care. The Bloom
Taxonomy was the support tool for the evaluation
tool of the proposed learning.
