RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA: UM OLHAR SOBRE O ESTUDO DA EDUCAÇÃO DOS JOVENS E ADULTOS
A intenção do presente trabalho é relatar observações feitas em turmas da
Modalidade de ensino Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) com o título “Relato de
experiência: Um olhar sobre o estudo da Educação dos Jovens e Adultos”, onde foram
observados dados coletados por meio de uma pesquisa de campo. A pesquisa é
classificada como exploratória e faz uso do método Survey. Este, dividido em 2
etapas: a primeira seria uma breve observação das aulas, verificando a realidade do
ensino em sala, na segunda buscou-se por meio de uma entrevista informal coletar
informações que pudessem complementar algumas considerações a respeito da
prática de ensino, concepções, discurso e atitudes do professor(a) em sala de aula.
As disciplinas escolhidas para a atividade foram Matemáticas e Língua Portuguesa,
concluídas as observações, num diálogo informal buscou-se conversar com dois
professores, estes, responsáveis pelas respectivas disciplinas acima citadas:
Professor A e Professor B, respectivamente. O presente estudo nos possibilitou uma
reflexão acerca do ensino da EJA a sua prática educativa, considerando a
metodologia adotada pelo educador buscou-se pesquisar através da entrevista
utilizada neste trabalho se há a inclusão de métodos que beneficiem tal modalidade
dentro do contexto de uma escola da rede pública. A reflexão dessa prática
pedagógica é o principal dever do educador nessa modalidade de ensino, além da
clareza deste ser um método de grande responsabilidade social e educacional, onde
o docente é o mediador entre aluno e conhecimento. No sentido de avançar nos
saberes, possibilitando novas aprendizagens, incapazes de serem alcançadas se o
docente não cumprir seu papel, mediando discursos e conhecimentos em sala.

Abstract:
The intention of this study is to report observations made in classes of the
modality of teaching education of youth and adults (EJA) with the title "Experience
Reports: A look on the study of the education of youth and adults," where data were
collected by means of a research field. The research is classified as exploratory and
makes use of the survey method. This, divided into 2 steps: The first would be a brief
observation of lessons, verifying the reality of teaching in the training room, the
second sought by means of an informal interview to gather information that could
complement some considerations regarding the practice of teaching, conceptions,
speech and attitudes of the teacher in the classroom. The subjects chosen for the
activity were mathematics and Portuguese language, complete the observations, an
informal dialog sought to chat with two teachers, those responsible for the respective
disciplines cited above: The Professor and Professor B, respectively. The present
study allowed us a reflection about the teaching of the EJA their educational practice,
considering the methodology adopted by the educator sought to search through the
interview used in this work for the inclusion of methods that benefit such modality
within the context of a public network. The reflection of this pedagogical practice is
the primary duty of the educator in this modality of teaching, in addition to the clarity
of this being a method of great social and educational responsibility, where the
teacher is the mediator between student and knowledge. In order to move forward in
knowledge, enabling new learning, unable to be achieved if the teacher does not fulfill
its role, Mediating Discourse and knowledge in the room.
