RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA – PROCESSO COMPARTILHADO NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO COAPES EM ARAÇATUBA-SP
Com o advento do curso de Medicina
na cidade de Araçatuba-SP pelo Programa
Mais Médicos trazendo um grande investimento
financeiro para a saúde pública, a Secretaria
Municipal de Saúde iniciou um trabalho de
construção conjunta das relações entre a
Gestão e as Instituições de Ensino Superior,
para que fosse discutido o papel de cada ente
no processo de implantação das Redes de
Atenção à Saúde, instituindo o Comitê Gestor
do COAPES local como principal articulador
deste processo. Dos resultados conquistados
evidencia-se a aproximação da academia ao
serviço, o estreitamento das relações entre as
instituições, o fortalecimento da participação
social, o aumento das atividades de Educação
Permanente e a contrapartida financeira da
Medicina que será investida para melhorar
as estruturas e serviços de saúde no SUS do
município.

Abstract:
With the advent of the Medicine
Course in the city of Araçatuba-SP by the “More
Doctors Program” bringing a great financial
investment for public health, the Health Municipal
Secretary began a work of construction of the
relations between the Administration and the
Higher Education Institutions, in order it was to be discussed the role of each entity in the implementation process of Health Care
Networks, establishing the Local COAPES Management Committee as the main
articulator of this process. From the results achieved it is evidenced the approximation
of the academy to the service, closer relations among institutions, strengthening of
the social participation, increase of Permanent Education activities and the financial
counterpart of the Medicine Course that will be invested to improve the health structures
and services of the municipal Public Health System
