RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA EM SARAU LITERÁRIO NO CAPS-CIDADE
O tratamento da saúde mental passou por diversos paradigmas ao longo da história. O paradoxo isolamento versus inclusão, e suas diversas nuances entre estes dois pólos, marcam a compreensão que temos acerca desse assunto e consequentemente, definem as políticas públicas relacionadas à saúde mental. Seguindo a lógica do movimento que culminou na Reforma Psiquiátrica, os Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) foram criados no Brasil, sendo a estrutura central da política pública de saúde mental. Nessa estrutura, além do atendimento em saúde clínica e psicossocial, diversas atividades, reunidas sob o conjunto de oficinas terapêuticas, são oferecidas. Nesse contexto, nossa pesquisa se concentrou na percepção dos usuários do CAPS em relação ao sarau; oficina de música; leitura de poesias e textos; e fala livre. Por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, buscamos identificar como os usuários veem, percebem e se sentem participando do sarau. Nossa conclusão apontou pela receptividade dos usuários quanto a essa oficina, um espaço de expressão de subjetividade para os sujeitos, que também propicia o fortalecimento dos vínculos sociais entre os usuários.

Abstract:
The treatment of mental health has gone through several paradigms throughout history. The isolation versus inclusion paradox, and its various nuances between these two poles, mark the understanding we have about this subject and consequently define public policies related to mental health. Following the logic of the movement that culminated in the Psychiatric Reform, the Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) were created in Brazil, being the central structure of public mental health policy. In this structure, besides the clinical and psychosocial health care, several activities, gathered under the set of therapeutic workshops, are offered. In this context, our research focused on the perception of users of CAPS in relation to the survey; music workshop; reading poetry and texts; and free speech. Through semi-structured interviews, we seek to identify how users see, perceive and feel participating in the study. Our conclusion pointed to the receptivity of the users regarding this workshop, a space of expression of subjectivity for the subjects, which also facilitates the strengthening of social ties between users.
