RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DO REPROCESSAMENTO DE SUCATA GERADA NA ÁREA DE REDUÇÃO DE UMA USINA SIDERÚRGICA
Com a competitividade cada vez mais acirrada no mercado, as empresas tem buscado incessantemente novas formas de reduzir custos e evitar prejuízos. O presente trabalho visa a análise do reprocessamento da sucata gerada na área de redução de uma usina siderúrgica, evitando dessa forma o prejuízo de se vender a mesma por um custo inferior ao da sua produção. Para tanto, foi utilizado o ciclo PDCA para nortear a experiência. Por fim foi possível constatar que a atividade não gera nenhum impacto negativo na qualidade do produto além de evitar grandes prejuízos.

Abstract:
With increasingly fierce competition in the market, companies have been incessantly seeking new ways to reduce costs and avoid losses. The present work aims to analyze the reprocessing of scrap generated in the reduction area of a steel mill, thus avoiding the loss of selling it at a lower cost than its production. Therefore, the PDCA cycle was used to guide the experience. Finally, it was possible to verify that the activity does not generate any negative impact on the quality of the product, in addition to avoiding major losses.
