RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DE ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO NO CENTRO DE TRIAGEM E ENCAMINHAMENTO AO MIGRANTE – CETREMI
O referente estudo teve como base as observações e análises das informações no Centro de Triagem e Encaminhamento ao Migrante -CETREMI, uma instituição pública de acolhimento de alta complexidade, que tem como público alvo: adultos, idosos e familiares que se encontram em situação de trânsito e, migrantes em situação de vulnerabilidade social, de rua e miserabilidade. As observações tiveram como objetivo contribuir para a análise e discussão dos aspectos dinâmicos das relações de trabalho, a fim de possibilitar ao trabalhador uma proteção integral para a prevenção do agravamento de situações de risco - negligência, violência e ruptura de vínculos. Diante das características referentes às condições de trabalho os resultados mais contundentes identificaram a ausência de equipamentos de proteção individual e coletivo, a carência de orientações e treinamento referente aos riscos inerentes ao trabalho desenvolvido e a ausência de um profissional da saúde no corpo de funcionários da instituição. E no que concerne ao ambiente físico, foi percebido a necessidade de manutenção periódica. Quanto às relações sociais de trabalho, as características foram primordialmente sentimentos de exclusão relacionados à percepção de ausência de vínculo, sendo que, tais sentimentos se manifestam relacionados à natureza do trabalho realizado na unidade de acolhimento. Já no que concernem as relações hierárquicas, pudemos constatar sentimentos de instabilidade pelas constantes alterações e carência nos direcionamentos da atuação, além de relações interpessoais desestabilizadas no trabalho. Á partir das percepções adquiridas, tanto dentro da organização quanto nas relações fora do ambiente organizacional, foi possível perceber a necessidade de uma estratégia que desse conta de auxiliar e intervir diante das questões acima explanadas. Uma estratégia que ampliasse o olhar para as questões de exposição e vulnerabilidade nas quais os trabalhadores do CETREMI estão sujeitos.

Abstract:
The study report was based on the analysis and analysis of the
information at the Center for Screening and Referral to Migrants
- CETREMI, a highly complex public institution, whose target audience
is: adults, the elderly and family members who result in situations of
traffic, and migrants in situations of social vulnerability, homelessness
and poverty. The disciplines aim to contribute to the analysis and
discussion of the dynamic aspects of labor relations, in order to provide
the worker with comprehensive protection to prevent the worsening of
risk situations - negligence, violence and breaking of bonds. Given
the characteristics refer to working conditions, the most striking results
identified the absence of individual and collective protective equipment,
the lack of guidance and training regarding the risks inherent in the
work developed and the absence of a health professional in the staff
of the institution. And with regard to the physical environment, the
need for periodic maintenance was realized. As for social work
relationships, the characteristics were primarily feelings of exclusion
from the perception of absence of a bond, and these feelings are
manifested related to the nature of the work performed in the
reception unit. As far as hierarchical relationships are concerned,
we can see feelings of instability due to constant changes and lack
of direction in the performance, in addition to destabilized interpersonal
relationships at work. From the perceptions acquired, both within the
organization and in relationships outside the organizational
environment, it was possible to realize the need for a strategy that
would help and intervene in the face of the issues explained above.
A strategy that broadens the look at the issues of exposure and
vulnerability to which CETREMI workers are subject. -
