RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DAS ATIVIDADES EDUCACIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM EM UMA CRECHE FILANTRÓPICA DE MANAUS EXPERIENCE REPORT OF NURSING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN A PHILANTHROPIC DAYCARE CENTER IN MANAUS
As creches no Brasil foram criadas por organizações sociais, religiosas e filantrópicas, compostas por grupos femininos, que viram a necessidade de lugares para deixar os filhos das mães trabalhadoras, enquanto estas estavam em suas atividades laborais. Atualmente, exigisse-se que estas instituições criem um ambiente capaz de proporcionar condições adequadas que estimulem o desenvolvimento integral e harmonioso da criança nos seus primeiros anos de vida. Este trabalho visa relatar as experiências vivenciadas por acadêmicas de enfermagem, durante um projeto de Extensão em uma Creche Filantrópica, evidenciando a importância das ações educativas e do papel do enfermeiro junto às crianças institucionalizadas. Trata-se de um relato descritivo das atividades lúdicas e educativas de promoção a saúde, realizadas na creche, nos anos de 2014 a 2016, desenvolvidas por um grupo de acadêmicas do curso de enfermagem, durante o Projeto de Extensão “Assistência de Enfermagem à Saúde da Criança na Creche” promovida pela Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM). No decorrer do projeto foi possível perceber modificações nas ações das crianças, além de relatos dos funcionários da instituição, dos pais e responsáveis, em como as atividades educativas estavam influenciando positivamente no comportamento da criança tanto na creche como em casa. As atividades educativas de promoção à saúde na infância, influenciam mudanças e melhorias que refletem na saúde da criança institucionalizada.

Abstract:
Nurseries in Brazil were created by social, religious and philanthropic organizations, made up of women's groups, who saw the need for places to leave the children of working mothers while they were working. These institutions are now required to create an environment capable of providing adequate conditions that stimulate the integral and harmonious development of the child in his early years. This paper aims to report the experiences lived by nursing students during an Extension project in a Philanthropic Nursery, highlighting the importance of educational actions and the role of nurses with institutionalized children. This is a descriptive report of the playful and educational health promotion activities carried out in the nursery, from 2014 to 2016, developed by a group of students from the nursing course, during the Extension Project “Health Nursing Assistance Children in Nursery” promoted by the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). Throughout the project it was possible to notice changes in the children's actions, as well as reports from the institution's employees, parents and guardians, on how educational activities were positively influencing the child's behavior in both day care and at home. Educational activities to promote health in childhood influence changes and improvements that reflect on the health of institutionalized children.
