RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DA CONFECÇÃO DE MODELO EMBRIONÁRIO SOBRE A NEURULAÇÃO
Introdução: O desenvolvimento embrionário é um período rico em detalhes, considerado etapa crítica do desenvolvimento, podendo haver má formações no embrião, compreendendo da 4ª a 8ª semana embrionária, onde se inicia o dobramento do plano mediano e horizontal, a formação da eminência cranial e caudal, das pregas laterais e a diferenciação das três camadas germinativas em tecidos e órgãos. A neurulação é um processo que ocorre neste período, com a formação da placa neural e dobras neurais. Para facilitar o aprendizado, modelos representativos do desenvolvimento humano têm sido confeccionados, como recurso didático no curso de Medicina. Objetivos: Este trabalho teve como objetivo relatar a experiência da confecção das fases da neurulação em formato de maquete e apresentá-la em formato de seminário, de forma dinâmica. Relato: A confecção do modelo foi dividida em 6 etapas, utilizando figuras bi e tridimensionais, representando os passos da evolução. No primeiro e segundo passo, representou-se a organização da placa neural, juntamente com as pregas neurais, sulco neural e crista neural. No terceiro passo, a aproximação das pregas neurais, no quarto a fusão das placas neurais. No quinto, mostrou-se a organização da placa neural, juntamente com pregas e sulcos neurais. No último passo, confeccionado de modo tridimensional, mostrou-se o final do processo da formação do tubo neural. Discussão: Com a produção da maquete, pudemos perceber o aumento do interesse e da motivação por parte dos alunos, sobre o tema em questão. A experiência da produção do modelo foi singular, utilizando a ludicidade como uma forma de aprendizado, revelando uma maior compreensão acerca do assunto. Conclusão: Através da confecção dos modelos houve uma maior interação, aprendizagem, assimilação e um maior envolvimento dos alunos, fixando o conteúdo proposto e fortalecendo laços entre alunos e alunos e professor, proporcionando uma experiência positiva do trabalho em equipe.

Abstract:
Introduction: Embryonic development is a period rich in details, considered a critical stage of development, and there may be malformations in the embryo, comprising from the 4th to the 8th embryonic week, where the folding of the median and horizontal plane begins, the formation of the cranial eminence and caudal, lateral folds and the differentiation of the three germ layers in tissues and organs. Neurulation is a process that occurs during this period, with the formation of neural plaque and neural folds. To facilitate learning, representative models of human development have been created as a teaching resource in the medical course. Objectives: This study aimed to report the experience of making the phases of neurulation in model format and to present it in seminar format, in a dynamic way. Report: The making of the model was divided into 6 stages, using two- and three-dimensional figures, representing the steps of evolution. In the first and second steps, the organization of the neural plaque was represented, along with the neural folds, neural groove and neural crest. In the third step, the approximation of the neural folds, in the fourth the fusion of the neural plates. In the fifth, the organization of the neural plaque was shown, along with neural folds and grooves. In the last step, made in a three-dimensional way, the end of the neural tube formation process was shown. Discussion: With the production of the model, we could see an increase in interest and motivation on the part of the students on the topic in question. The experience of producing the model was unique, using playfulness as a form of learning, revealing a greater understanding of the subject. Conclusion: Through the making of the models there was a greater interaction, learning, assimilation and greater involvement of the students, fixing the proposed content and strengthening bonds between students and students and teacher, providing a positive experience of teamwork.
