Abstract: The objective of this work is to present reports on the benefits of Zhineng Qi Gong practices achieved by elderly people after two years of practice. This study is a continuation of a research started in May 2021 that we are following by monitoring elderly people who voluntarily and free of charge participate in a Zhineng Qi Gong Practice Group. This is an activity that includes Relaxation (Field Organization), Light Physical Activities (Body Practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine, specifically Zhineng Qi Gong) and suitable and adaptable to people's physical conditions, which enable individuals of any age or with physical limitations to perform. It was developed and has been disseminated, since the 1980s, throughout the world by Doctor Pang Ming, Phd, a Doctor Graduated in Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He founded various Study and Research Centers in China, for example, in Xian. In February 2022, we announced, via Whatsapp, the Free Online Practice Group, with activities four times a week. We had several registrations, especially from seniors. During and after the practices we have seen improvements in physical problems (less pain in the cervical, dorsal and lumbar spine regions), as well as greater vitality, emotional, more energy and joy in the state of mind. Last year, we put together a questionnaire adapted from other researchers to report these results and share them with the scientific community. Recently, a year after the first results, we carried out a new and more specific survey, with just three questions to verify the impacts and evolution of symptom improvements in a smaller group, including only the most assiduous practitioners, and some who recorded significant improvements in some of the aspects mentioned above, including recording occurrences of Special Abilities, as Dr Pang Ming names them. We present these results now.
