RELATO DE CASO: VARIZES E O TRATAMENTO COM ESCLEROTERAPIA E A ADESÃO TERAPÊUTICA.
A insuficiência venosa crônica é caracterizada por alterações cutâneas decorrentes das anormalidades do sistema venoso. Acomete geralmente os membros inferiores. Este estudo busca compreender melhor o tratamento com escleroterapia e a adesão da população a esta terapêutica. Com isso foi realizado um estudo de caso, sobre o atendimento em uma unidade básica de saúde, em uma cidade no interior de SP, de uma mulher de 50 anos com diagnóstico de insuficiência venosa crônica com CEAP 1, e para esta foi indicado a escleroterapia, com a não adesão ao tratamento, pois a paciente não voltou para a realização do procedimento. Sendo assim, este estudo propõe um esclarecimento maior sobre o tratamento e as suas dificuldades de acesso no serviço público de saúde para que tenha uma maior adesão ao tratamento.

Abstract:
Chronic venous insufficiency is characterized by skin changes resulting from abnormalities of the venous system. It usually affects the lower limbs. This study seeks to better understand the treatment with sclerotherapy and the population's adherence to this therapy. With this, a case study was carried out, on the care in a basic health unit, in a city in the interior of SP, of a 50-year-old woman diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency with CEAP 1, and for this sclerotherapy was indicated. , with non-adherence to treatment, as the patient did not return for the procedure. Therefore, this study proposes greater clarification about the treatment and its difficulties in accessing the public health service so that there is greater adherence to treatment.
