RELATO DE CASO: SEPTO VAGINAL COMPLETO
As malformações müllerianas representam um conjunto de anormalidades estruturais que podem se originar da fusão destes dutos. O septo uterino é a malformação uterina congênita mais comum.
O objetivo desse trabalho é descrever uma rara alteração na fusão dos canais de Muller, que pode ser diagnosticada por métodos de imagem e muitas vezes em exames de rotina.
A paciente em questão tinha queixas de dor pélvica e aumento do volume abdominal.
Foi solicitado ressonância magnética do abdome e pelve, evidenciando útero com septo completo e distensão por conteúdo hemático, do compartimento vaginal a direita, que não se comunica com o terço distal da vagina.
O útero septado com duplicação cervical e septo vaginal longitudinal pode ser explicado pela falha na fusão de dois ductos müllerianos distais, com desenvolvimento normal do resto do útero, causando a duplicação cervical, com a presença de um fundo uterino único.
Conclui-se que uma adequada avaliação diagnostica por imagem e o aumento dos recursos diagnósticos tem ajudado a um bom diagnóstico.

Abstract:
Mullerian malformations represent a set of structural abnormalities that can originate from the fusion of these ducts. The uterine septum is the most common congenital uterine malformation.
The aim of this work is to describe a rare alteration in the merger of the Muller channels, which can be diagnosed by imaging methods and often in routine exams.
The patient in question had complaints of pelvic pain and increased abdominal volume.
Magnetic resonance imaging of the abdomen and pelvis was requested, showing a uterus with a complete septum and distension due to hematic content, from the right vaginal compartment, which does not communicate with the distal third of the vagina.
The septate uterus with cervical duplication and longitudinal vaginal septum can be explained by the failure in the fusion of two distal Mullerian ducts, with normal development of the rest of the uterus, causing cervical duplication, with the presence of a single uterine fundus.
It is concluded that an adequate diagnostic evaluation by imaging and the increase in diagnostic resources has helped a good diagnosis.
