RELATO DE CASO: INTERVENÇÃO FISIOTERAPÊUTICA EM PACIENTE COM MICROCEFALIA CONGÊNITA POR ZIKA VÍRUS.
Em 1952 foi relatada a presença do
zika vírus em seres humanos e sua capacidade
de ocasionar microcefalia em recém-nascidos.
A transmissão do vírus se dá diretamente
pelo Aedes aegypti e indiretamente pelos
fluidos corporais. Em grávidas, é transmitido
ao feto através do líquido amniótico. Como
tratamento o método Padovan é indicado,
pois trata problemas neurológicos, distúrbios
de aprendizagem, síndromes e problemas
degenerativos, melhorando a qualidade de
vida. OBJETIVO: Averiguar o efeito de uma
intervenção utilizando o método Padovan
aliado à cinesioterapia e kinesiotaping, como
tratamento em uma criança com diagnóstico de
Microcefalia por síndrome congênita por Zika
Vírus e Paralisia Cerebral. METODOLOGIA:
Relato de caso de paciente de 2 anos e 2
meses, sexo feminino, diagnosticada com
microcefalia por Zika Vírus. Como tratamento
utilizou-se o método Padovan, cinesioterapia
e KinesioTaping. RESULTADOS: Durante os
atendimentos a paciente apresentou melhora da
amplitude de movimento e postura, diminuição
da hipertonia para flexão plantar e quirodáctilos,
movimento ativo de flexão de quadril quando
colocada em posição prona e construção da
memória muscular. CONCLUSÃO: Ao final do
estudo constatou-se que o método Padovan
em conjunto com as demais terapias colaboram
para o desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor e
amenizam os comprometimentos causados
pela síndrome.

Abstract:
In 1952 the presence of the virus in man and his ability to separate
microcephaly in newborns was found. Virus transmission is direct to Aedes aegypti and
indirectly through body fluids. In pregnant women, it is transmitted to the fetus through
the amniotic fluid. As is the Padovan treatment, neurological care, learning disorders,
syndromes and degenerative problems, improves the quality of life. PURPOSE: To
investigate the effect of a measure of the use of the kinesiotherapy and kinesiotherapy
treatment method, such as the treatment of the child with a diagnosis of microorganism
by congenital syndrome by Zika Virus and Cerebral Palsy. METHODOLOGY: Case
report of 2 years and 2 months, female, diagnosed with microcephaly by Zika Virus. As
treatment using the Padovan method, kinesiotherapy and KinesioTaping. RESULTS:
During the visits to a patient with range of motion and posture, hypertension for
plantar flexion and quirodactyls, active hip flexion movement when in a prominent
position and muscle memory construction. CONCLUSION: At the end of the study it
was done together with the objective of bringing together collaborative therapies for
neuropsychomotor development and amenability of the syndrome.
