RELAÇÕES POLIAFETIVAS E SUA IMPOSSIBILIDADE DE HOMOLOGAÇÃO NO CARTÓRIO PERANTE A DECISÃO DO CONSELHO NACIONAL DE JUSTIÇA
Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender as relações poliafetivas e os princípios constitucionais diante da decisão do Conselho Nacional de Justiça e as consequências que podem surgir no âmbito jurídico ao adotar relações com mais de uma pessoa. A finalidade do presente trabalho é analisar a decisão do Conselho Nacional de Justiça comparando-a com a constante evolução do Direito de Família. Foi realizada uma pesquisa com método dedutivo de análise exploratória com base na jurisprudência, artigos científicos e na lei, com uma abordagem qualitativa. Por fim, analisa-se a liberdade individual e a vedação ao retrocesso social.

Abstract:
This work mainly intends to comprehend the polyamorous relations and the constitutional principles towards the National Council of Justice decision and the consequences that may result in the legal scope when adopting a relation with more than one partner. The goal is to analyze the decision of the National Council of Justice comparing it to the constant development of the Family Law. A research with a deductive method of exploratory analysis was done based on the jurisprudence, scientific articles and the law, with a qualitative character. Lastly, it analyzes the individual freedom and the sealing to social regression.
