RELAÇÕES INTERPESSOAIS: REFLEXOS NO ENSINO
As relações humanas no contexto escolar ou as chamadas relações interpessoais, sobretudo as que envolvem profissionais da educação (professores) e alunos (jovens) são o foco deste artigo. O motivo para esta escolha são as dificuldades relatadas por profissionais do ensino em desenvolver um trabalho com qualidade e aceitação pelos jovens. Dessa forma, nos mobilizamos a realizar um estudo que propicie uma reflexão sobre estas questões, tendo por cenário o período que vemos como uma transição entre os padrões da modernidade que são amparados na ideia de disciplina, hierarquia e os padrões da chamada pós-modernidade que expressa à valorização do prazer, de relações mais horizontais, etc. Os choques da relação professor e aluno pode esta relacionada ao apego que o professor tem com o primeiro padrão e os jovens com o segundo. Para nós, esse embate produz efeito no ensino e é preciso desenvolver estudos que propicie uma melhor compreensão dessas relações interpessoais para que assim se desenvolva superações das dificuldades e adversidades encontradas na relação professores/alunos. Para a concretização deste estudo foi realizada uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica. Foi possível concluir que os aspectos modernos têm influencias significativas nos embates nas relações interpessoais, principalmente nas relações escolares dificultando assim o ensino e aprendizagem.

Abstract:
Human relations, or interpersonal relationships, in the school context, especially those involving education professionals (teachers) and students (young people) are the focus of this article. The reason for this choice is the difficulties reported by teaching professionals in developing a work with quality and acceptance by young people. In this way, we desire to think over on these issues, taking into account the period that we comprehend as a transition between the patterns of modernity that are supported by the idea of discipline, hierarchy and the patterns of the so-called postmodernity that expresses the appreciation of pleasure, of more horizontal relationships, etc. The clashes between the teacher and the students may be related to the teacher affinity by the first pattern and the youth by the second. For us, this clash has an effect on teaching and it is necessary to develop studies that provide a better understanding of these interpersonal relationships. Then we will be able to think out ways to overcome the difficulties and adversities found in the teacher / student relationship. To carry out this study, we did a bibliographic review. We conclude that the modern aspects have significant influences in the clashes in interpersonal relationships, especially in school relationships, thus making teaching and learning more difficult.
