RELAÇÕES INTERPESSOAIS NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
De acordo com a definição da Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), os determinantes sociais da saúde (DSS) estão relacionados às condições em que uma pessoa vive e trabalha. A partir de um estudo sobre um desses determinantes foi desenvolvido uma atividade sobre relações interpessoais no ambiente de trabalho desde a observação da realidade do local escolhido e principalmente através dos relatos de um servidor público lotado nesse ambiente que é uma unidade Estratégia Saúde da Família- ESF, localizada no município de Ananindeua-Pa. O objetivo do trabalho foi identificar possíveis problemas que podem causar situações de estresse e fadiga no ambiente ocupacional aos trabalhadores da ESF. Para obtenção dos dados para o trabalho foi realizado um diálogo com um servidor público e a partir daí foi elaborado o Arco de Maguerez, tendo como base os relatos que nos foi repassado pelo servidor. Além disso, foi realizado por toda a equipe responsável por essa atividade a leitura de trabalhos que tratavam sobre o tema do artigo. Diante das pesquisas, encontramos fatores que são fundamentais para a ocorrência da problemática no ambiente de trabalho, dentre eles: disputa de ego, discordância das equipes, falta de empatia, individualismo e a dificuldade em emitir opiniões e argumentar, como também, a negligência dos agentes públicos em colocar pessoas sem qualificações para serem gestores da unidade visando interesses pessoais, logo, esse último fator se classifica como desvio de poder. Diante do exposto, foi identificado a problematização existente no ambiente de trabalho e então, foi proposto na atividade, hipóteses de solução para o melhoramento das relações interpessoais entre os servidores que atuam na ESF em questão, com o intuito de colaborar com o bom desenvolvimento do trabalho e a excelência na assistência aos usuários atendidos por essa unidade de saúde.

Abstract:
According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO), the social determinants of health (SDH) are related to the conditions in which a person lives and works. Based on a study of one of these determinants, an activity on interpersonal relationships in the workplace was developed from the observation of the reality of the chosen location and mainly through the reports of a public servant assigned to this environment, which is a Family Health Strategy unit (FHS), located in the city of Ananindeua, PA, Brazil. To identify possible problems that can cause situations of stress and fatigue in the occupational environment of FHS workers. To obtain the data for this study, a dialogue was held with a public servant and from that point on the Arc of Maguerez was elaborated, based on the reports that were passed on by the servant. In addition, the whole team responsible for this activity read papers that dealt with the subject of the article. Based on the research, we found factors that are fundamental for the occurrence of the problem in the work environment, among them: ego competition, team disagreement, lack of empathy, individualism, and the difficulty to issue opinions and argue, as well as the negligence of public agents placing unqualified people to be unit managers aiming at personal interests, therefore, this last factor is classified as misuse of power. Given the above, the problematization existing in the work environment was identified and then, it was proposed in the activity, hypotheses for solution to improve interpersonal relationships among the servers working in this specific FHS, in order to collaborate with the good development of work and excellence in care for users served by this health unit.
