Abstract: Organizations are present in all spheres of human relations and activities. Throughout history, they have been recognized as necessary and have assumed different structural configurations, being understood in the twentieth century as social agents. This article aims to discuss human relations within organizations, considering the historical, cultural, and educational processes that characterize contemporary society in the world of work. The objective of the study is to analyze the concepts and practices that guide human relations in organizations and their implications. The justification lies in the urgency of understanding how these relations and their agents influence organizational processes. The methodology adopted is based on classical references in the field, combined with contemporary studies, characterizing the research as qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive. A theoretical analysis was carried out using the key concepts: organizations, culture, education, and human relations. The findings revealed that organizations need to be prepared for the dynamics of their agents’ learning processes, as well as for the specificity of the projects they implement. The study also showed that human relations contribute to a better understanding of institutional development and organizational practices. When attentive to these factors, organizations foster innovation, cooperation, and the strengthening of their human and intellectual capital.
