RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO NA ESCOLA: UMA CONSTRUÇÃO DO PENSAMENTO CRÍTICO DOS ALUNOS DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL FARROUPILHA
As discussões sobre a temática
desigualdade de gênero têm ganhado
amplitude nas escolas e universidades nos
últimos anos, devido aos movimentos sociais
feministas terem cada vez mais força e
espaço na sociedade contemporânea e como
consequência estas interfere no processo da
formação profissional dos indivíduos, com isso
o presente trabalho tem como objetivo relatar
a importância que as atividades desenvolvidas
pelo Núcleo de Gênero e Diversidade Sexual
- NUGEDIS, têm na formação inicial de
professores do Instituto Federal Farroupilha e
também na desconstrução de estereótipos, dos
alunos do curso subsequente e demais cursos
oferecidos pela instituição. Está pesquisa foi
feita através de uma análise qualitativa a partir
das ideias sintetizadas por esses alunos, com
isso foi possível notar a importância de abordar
as questões de gênero no âmbito educacional
na construção do pensamento crítico diante das
desigualdades sociais.

Abstract:
Discussions on the issue of gender
inequality have been gaining in schools and universities in recent years, as feminist
social movements have increasingly strength and space in contemporary society and
as a consequence these interfere in the process of professional training of individuals,
This paper aims to report on the importance that the activities developed by the Nucleus
of Gender and Sexual Diversity - NUGEDIS, have in the initial formation of teachers
of the Federal Institute Farroupilha and also in the deconstruction of stereotypes, the
students of the subsequent course and other courses offered by the institution. This
research was done through a qualitative analysis based on the ideas synthesized by
these students, with this it was possible to note the importance of addressing gender
issues in the educational field in the construction of critical thinking in the face of social
inequalities.
