RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO E PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL: REFLEXÕES SOBRE A CONCESSÃO DOS BENEFÍCIOS COMO MEIO DE EFETIVAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS
A análise da possibilidade de extensão dos benefícios previdenciários relacionados à comunidade LGBTI estruturou-se como objetivo geral da pesquisa. Tal interesse decorre da visualização de direitos suprimidos do grupo LGBTI, fruto da imposição de modelos heteronormativos que, atualmente, passam a ser questionados, contribuindo para alterações junto ao ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, o texto apresenta conquistas alcançadas por esse grupo de minorias e discute os desdobramentos dessas garantias no campo prático previdenciário, motivados por movimentos sociais em busca da igualdade de direitos, o que resultou em formas diversas de extensão dos benefícios.

Abstract:
The analysis of the possibility of extending social security benefits related to the LGBTI community was structured as a general objective of the research. This interest stems from the view of suppressed rights of the LGBTI, result of the imposition of heteronormative models that are being questioned, contributing to changes in the Brazilian legal system. Through a bibliographical research, the text presents achievements reached by this group of minorities and discusses the unfolding of these guarantees in the practical social security field, motivated by social movements in search of equal rights, which resulted in different forms of extension of benefits. -
