RELAÇÃO ENTRE CASOS DE SÍFILIS GESTACIONAL E GRAU DE ESCOLARIDADE NO BRASIL DE 2011-2020
Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar a relação da sífilis gestacional com o grau de escolaridade das gestantes no Brasil de 2011 a 2020. Trata-se de um estudo retrospectivo, com abordagem quantitativa, realizado a partir de dados secundários acerca da porcentagem de sífilis gestacional relacionado ao grau de escolaridade notificados nos anos de 2011 a 2020 pelo Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação do Ministério da Saúde, disponibilizada pelo Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde. Ao analisar os índices de sífilis gestacional no Brasil, comparando com o grau de escolaridade da gestante, de 2011 a 2020, foi possível observar que há uma correlação entre os casos de sífilis gestacional e o nível de escolaridade. Sendo a porcentagem mais elevada em gestantes com ensino fundamental incompleto de 6º ao 9º ano com uma média nos últimos dez anos de 19,72 % e ensino médio completo (16,44 %). Diante do exposto, ficou evidente que a sífilis gestacional está atrelada ao nível de escolaridade das gestantes, onde provavelmente a contaminação se dá por falta de conhecimento das formas de prevenção ou tratamento.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the relationship between gestational syphilis and the level of education of pregnant women in Brazil from 2011 to 2020. This is a retrospective study, with a quantitative approach, carried out from secondary data on the percentage of gestational syphilis related to the level of education reported in the years 2011 to 2020 by the Information System of Notifiable Diseases of the Ministry of Health, made available by the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System. schooling of the pregnant woman, from 2011 to 2020, it was possible to observe that there is a correlation between the cases of gestational syphilis and the level of schooling. Being the highest percentage in pregnant women with incomplete elementary school from 6th to 9th grade with an average in the last ten years of 19.72% and complete high school (16.44%). In view of the above, it was evident that gestational syphilis is linked to the level of education of pregnant women, where contamination is probably due to lack of knowledge of forms of prevention or treatment.
