REGULAMENTAÇÕES NACIONAIS E INTERNACIONAIS DE EMBALAGENS RECICLÁVEIS E NANOTECNOLÓGICAS PARA ALIMENTOS
Embalagens para alimentos podem ser fabricadas a partir dos mais diversos materiais e são regulamentadas por diversas legislações em todo o mundo. A utilização de materiais reciclados e nanopartículas na fabricação de embalagens são tendências e estão cada vez mais presentes na indústria de embalagens. Assim, faz-se necessário estudar e compreender as regulamentações mundiais de modo a permitir a comercialização das mesmas e que tais embalagens possam ser empregadas com segurança.

Abstract:
Food packaging can be manufactured from a wide range of materials and is regulated by various laws worldwide. The use of recycled materials and nanoparticles in the manufacture of packaging are trends and are increasingly present in the packaging industry. Thus, it is necessary to study and understand world regulations in order to allow their commercialization and that such packaging can be used safely.
