REFLEXOS DA INTOLER NCIA RELIGIOSA NO CUMPRIMENTO DA JORNADA DE TRABALHO SOB A ÓTICA DOS “SABATISTAS” NO MBITO DA INICIATIVA PRIVADA.
Uma vez que o tema da laicidade do Estado frente à multiplicidade de credos ainda encontra certa resistência por parte de muitos setores, é natural que surjam conflitos em muitas áreas, como por exemplo, no ambiente de trabalho. O presente artigo busca compreender como a intolerância religiosa pode influenciar no cumprimento da jornada de trabalho daqueles denominados “sabatistas”, os conflitos gerados a partir disso, qual o entendimento dos tribunais nesse sentido, buscando uma compreensão maior a respeito do ato de ter um dia de guarda considerado sagrado, a fim de combater a intolerância para com o diferente, garantindo assim, que essas pessoas terão seu credo respeitado. No aspecto da metodologia, a pesquisa do presente artigo foi desenvolvida através de uma abordagem de ordem exploratória, explicativa e bibliográfica, assim como utilizando-se o método dedutivo. Diante disso, o resultado encontrado manifesta que ainda há um longo caminho a ser percorrido para que essas pessoas tenham sua fé respeitada, mas já existem avanços nesse setor, quando analisamos as decisões dos tribunais e a legislação atual.

Abstract:
Since the state's secularity in face of the multiple beliefs still finds some resistance in many departments, it is natural that conflicts arise in different areas, such as in the work environment. This article seeks to understand how religious intolerance can influence the observance of the working day for those called “sabbatists”, the conflicts generated from that, what the courts understand in this cases, looking for a greater understanding of the act of having guarding day considered sacred, in order to combat intolerance towards the different, thus guaranteeing that these people will have their beliefs respected. In methodology, the research of the following article was developed through an exploratory, explanatory and bibliographic approach, as well as using the deductive method. Given this, the result found shows that there is still a long way to go for these people to have their faith respected, but that it is already advancing in this sector, when we analyze the decisions of the courts and the current legislation.
