REFLEXOS DA FINANCEIRIZAÇÃO DO ENSINO SUPERIOR PRIVADO PARA O TRABALHADOR DOCENTE
Trata-se de um estudo em fase
inicial sobre as repercussões da financeirização
do ensino superior privado na dinâmica
prazer e sofrimento do trabalhador docente,
a partir de uma instituição de ensino superior
pertencente a um grande conglomerado
educacional no Maranhão. A partir de 2007,
houve uma mudança na estrutura jurídica dos
estabelecimentos de ensino superior (IES) em
que IES privadas, em sua maioria empresas
de Sociedade Limitada são incorporadas a
grandes conglomerados educacionais, ou seja,
às sociedades anônimas de capital aberto com
investimentos na Bolsa de Valores. Tal cenário,
possui impacto direto na vida do trabalhador
docente pelo fato de o rendimento das ações
depender do rebaixamento salarial, da
superexploração do trabalhador e do aumento
do número de demissões. Essa pesquisa
tem como objetivos específicos: Identificar as
instituições de ensino superior pertencentes
a um grande conglomerado educacional no
Maranhão; investigar a organização e as
condições de trabalho dos docentes de um
grande conglomerado educacional no Maranhão
e analisar a dinâmica prazer e sofrimento
do trabalhador docente em uma instituição
de ensino superior pertencente a um grande
conglomerado educacional no Maranhão;

Abstract:
This is an early-stage study about
the repercussions of the financialization of
private higher education in the dynamic pleasure
and suffering of the teaching worker, from a
higher education institution belonging to a large
educational conglomerate in Maranhão. From
2007 onwards, there was a change in the legal
structure of higher education establishments
(HEI) in which private HEI, mostly companies
of limited society are incorporated into large
educational conglomerates, that is, to the
corporations of Publicly traded capital with
investments in the stock exchange. This
scenario has a direct impact on the life of the
teaching worker because the income of the
shares depends on the wage demotion, the
overexploitation of the worker and the increase in
the number of demissions. This research has as
specific objectives: to identify higher education
institutions belonging to a large educational
conglomerate in Maranhão; Investigate the
organization and working conditions of teachers
of a large educational conglomerate in Maranhão and analyze the dynamic pleasure
and suffering of the teaching worker in a higher education institution belonging to a
large conglomerate Education in Maranhão;
