A Assistência Social ganha status de

política pública com a sanção da Constituição

Federal de 1988. No entanto, os avanços, os

retrocessos e as continuidades na configuração

desta prática, nas últimas três décadas,

encontram vinculação orgânica com os governos

que assumem o poder e os projetos societários

que defendem e efetivam. O presente trabalho

buscou, portanto, problematizar e refletir sobre

os diferentes projetos político-ideológicos

que disputam e subsidiam a Política de

Assistência Social na cena contemporânea,

a partir de revisão bibliográfica. O estudo

mostrou a relevância da temática, bem como

necessidade de aprofundamento de discussões

e categorizações sobre projetos políticoideológicos.

Abstract:
Social Assistance reaches public

policy status with the sanction of the Federal

Constitution of 1988. However, advances,

setbacks and the continuities in the configuration

of this practice, in the last three decades, find

an organic link with Governments that assume

power and corporate projects they defend and

make effective. The present work aimed to

problematize and reflect on the different politicalideological

projects that dispute and subsidize

the Social Assistance Policy in the contemporary

scene, based on bibliographic review. The study

showed the relevance of the theme, as well

as the need to make deeper discussions and

categorizations on political-ideological projects.
