REFLEXÕES SOBRE ÉTICA NA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE E CIDADÃ DOS DISCENTES
Apesar de serem conceitos distintos, é comum confundir-se a ética com a moral, devido ao grau de intimidade entre elas. A moral é a capacidade de distinção entre o bem e o mal, a qual tornou-se mais evidente quando o ser humano passou a conviver em grupo. Aliando-se a ética no referente a comportamento, costumes, hábitos, caráter e estudo da própria moral. Indiscutivelmente ambas são intimamente interligadas. Ao relacionar a ética e a moral na formação docente, observamos a indispensabilidade destas, na prática pedagógica, uma vez que, o professor pode constituir um exemplo a ser seguido, refletindo também na formação cidadã de seus discentes. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho é fomentar discussões sobre a importância da ética na formação docente, analisando como isso pode contribuir também na formação cidadã de professores e alunos. Para isso, utilizou-se embasamento teórico de autores trabalhados durante o desenvolvimento da disciplina Ética e Ensino na Contemporaneidade, ofertada pelo Programa de PósGraduação do Mestrado em Ensino, da Univates/Lajeado – RS. Observou-se que a ética como parte dos conteúdos educativos faz toda diferença na interpretação dos conhecimentos, habilidades e competências de tornar-se um educando com capacidade crítica e de intervenção, além de promover pesquisadores pautados em todos os sentidos da ética.

Abstract:
Despite being different concepts, it is common to confuse ethics with morals, due to the degree of intimacy between them. Moral is the ability to distinguish between good and evil, which became more evident when human beings started to live in a group. Combining ethics with regard to behavior, customs, habits, character and study of their own morals. Arguably both are closely intertwined. When relating ethics and morals in teacher education, we observe their indispensability in pedagogical practice, since the teacher can be an example to be followed, also reflecting on the citizen education of their students. In this context, the objective of this work is to encourage discussions about the importance of ethics in teacher education, analyzing how it can also contribute to the citizen education of teachers and students. For this, we used the theoretical basis of authors worked during the development of the discipline Ethics and Teaching in Contemporary, offered by the Postgraduate Program of the Masters in Teaching, Univates/Lajeado - RS. It was observed that ethics as part of the educational content makes all the difference in the interpretation of knowledge, skills and competences to become a student with critical and intervention capacity, in addition to promoting researchers guided by all aspects of ethics.
