REFLEXÕES SOBRE A IMPLANTAÇÃO DO PROGRAMA MAIS ALFABETIZAÇÃO NO MUNICÍPIO DE ILHÉUS – BAHIA
Este artigo apresenta resultados preliminares da pesquisa realizada pelo Núcleo de Estudos em Alfabetização e Letramento (NEPAL) do Município de Ilhéus, instituído através do Decreto n.º 125 e da Portaria n. 359de 14 de novembro de 2017. Tem como objetivo analisar a implantação do programa Mais Alfabetização (PMALFA) no Município de Ilhéus, nas salas do 1º e 2º ano do Ensino Fundamental das escolas públicas municipais. A pesquisa visa também acompanhar as dificuldades e avanços dos estudantes no processo de alfabetização em Língua Portuguesa e Matemática. Para fortalecer o estudo nos ancoramos na abordagem qualitativa e na pesquisa documental, analisando as legislações vigentes relacionadas ao processo de alfabetização no Brasil. Esta pesquisa se justifica pela necessidade da educação, no município de Ilhéus, alcançar índices melhores relacionados ao processo de alfabetização, visto que o mesmo é ente federado, comunga do Plano de Ações Articuladas (PAR) e aderiu à primeira versão do PMALFA no Brasil. A investigação se encontra em andamento, está na fase de análise de dados da avaliação diagnóstica aplicadas aos estudantes e já foi detectada a fragilidade do processo de alfabetização do 2º ano.

Abstract:
This article presents preliminary results of the research carried out by the Center for Studies in Literacy and Literacy (NEPAL) of the Municipality of Ilhéus, instituted through Decree No. 125 and Ordinance no. 359of November 14, 2017. It aims to analyze the implementation of the More Literacy Program (PMALFA) in the Municipality of Ilhéus, in the 1st and 2nd year classes of elementary school in the municipal public schools. The research also aims to monitor the difficulties and progress of students in the process of literacy in Portuguese and Mathematics. In order to strengthen the study, we are anchored in the qualitative approach and in documentary research, analyzing the current legislation related to the literacy process in Brazil. This research is justified by the need for education, in the municipality of Ilhéus, to achieve better rates related to the literacy process, since it is a federated entity, a member of the Joint Action Plan (PAR) and adhered to the first version of PMALFA in Brazil. The investigation is ongoing, it is in the phase of analysis data of the diagnostic evaluation applied to students and the weakness of the 2nd year literacy process has already been detected. -
