REFLEXÕES SOBRE A FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL A PARTIR DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PROJETO DE FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA PARA O ENSINO E APRENDIZADO DA DANÇA NO CONTEXTO ESCOLAR
Esse texto apresenta algumas
reflexões realizadas por dois Grupos de
Pesquisa a saber: Dança: Estética e Educação
(GPDEE) ligado ao Instituto de Artes da
Universidade Estadual Paulista (IA/UNESP)
e Formação de Profissionais da Educação e
Práticas Educativas (FPEPE) vinculado ao
Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação
da Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do
Sul – USCS, sobre as ações desenvolvidas no
projeto Poéticas da Dança na Educação Básica.
O projeto visou a formação continuada em Arte/
Dança de professores da rede pública e privada
do estado de São Paulo, e foi organizado
em quatro etapas: a primeira que tratou da
formação de tutores/formadores; a segunda
que objetivou a formação professores/cursistas
realizado pelos tutores/formadores; a terceira
que se destinou a implantação de subprojetos
de dança na escola aplicados pelos professores/
cursistas e quarta na qual houve a análise e
partilha reflexiva sobre todos os registros do
referido projeto. A metodologia pautou-se na
pesquisa ação, o trabalho desenvolvido e a
análise contou com estudos de Schön (1992,
2000) no que tange o professor reflexivo em
busca de um novo saber docente.

Abstract:
This text presents some reflections
carried out by two research groups: Dance:
Aesthetics and Education (GPDEE) linked to
the Institute of Arts of the State University of São
Paulo (IA / UNESP) and Training of Education
Professionals and Educational Practices
(FPEPE) linked to the Graduate Program
in Education of the Municipal University of
São Caetano do Sul - USCS, on the actions
developed in the project Poetics of Dance in
Basic Education. The project aimed at the
continuous training in Art / Dance of teachers
from the public and private network of the state
of São Paulo, and was organized in four stages:
the first that dealt with the formation of tutors
/ trainers; the second aimed at teacher / tutor
training by tutors / trainers; the third was the
implementation of dance subprojects in the
school applied by teachers / students and fourth
in which there was the analysis and reflective
sharing of all the records of said projects. The
methodology was based on action research, the work developed and the analysis
relied on studies by Schön (1992, 2000) regarding the reflective teacher in search of a
new teaching knowledge.
