REFLEXÕES ACERCA DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA AS MULHERES NEGRAS E A NECROPOLÍTICA NO CONTEMPORÂNEO
A violência contra às mulheres se perfaz enquanto uma questão de saúde pública, atingindo inúmeras mulheres por todo o mundo. Segundo dados do Data Senado e do Observatório da Mulher contra a Violência (2021), cerca de 7, 86% afirmam que houve aumento na violência cometida contra pessoas do sexo feminino durante o último ano. Ou seja, os números foram crescentes durante os últimos anos com o processo de isolamento social, que surgiu como estratégia para evitar a proliferação da COVID-19. Não obstante, as mulheres negras enfrentam mais obstáculos em diversos aspectos de suas vidas, sobretudo no que tange as discussões acerca das pautas de gênero. Dessa forma, presente texto propõe problematizar a violência contra às mulheres negras no contemporâneo. A perspectiva de análise parte de um contexto relacional baseada nas relações de poder que se constituem na sociedade, assim como nas produções subjetivas que efetivam práticas, é o que denominamos de Psicologia Social Foucaultiana. Como estratégia metodológica, recorremos às análises históricas através conteúdos - textos, dados, documentos, legislações, dentre outros - que envolvam a temática em tela. A partir das informações obtidas, pôde-se identificar que aspectos histórico-culturais consolidam diversas engrenagens no âmbito social, que auxiliam na manutenção das relações no contemporâneo. Dessa forma, a própria legitimidade das mulheres negras diante de suas demandas voltadas às violências é, por vezes, silenciada, como produção da necropolítica brasileira contemporânea.

Abstract:
The violence against women is a public health issue, affecting countless women around the world. According to data from the Data Senate and the Observatory of Women against Violence (2021), about 7.86% say that there has been an increase in violence committed against females during the last year. In other words, the numbers have increased over the last few years with the process of social isolation, which emerged as a strategy to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Nevertheless, black women face more obstacles in various aspects of their lives, especially with regard to discussions about gender guidelines. In this way, this text proposes to problematize violence against black women in the contemporary world. The analysis perspective starts from a relational context based on the power relations that are constituted in society, as well as on the subjective productions that effect practices, it is what we call Foucaultian Social Psychology. As a methodological strategy, we resort to historical analysis through content - texts, data, documents, legislation, among others - that involve the theme in question. From the information obtained, it was possible to identify which historical-cultural aspects consolidate several gears in the social sphere, which help in the maintenance of relationships in the contemporary world. In this way, the very legitimacy of black women in the face of their demands aimed at violence is sometimes silenced, as a production of contemporary Brazilian necropolitics.
