REFLEXÕES ACERCA DA SUSTENTABILIDADE SINDICAL NA SOCIEDADE TECNOLÓGICA
As alterações trazidas pela Lei nº 13.467/2017 impactaram o Direito
do Trabalho, especialmente no que diz respeito ao financiamento sindical. Com
o fim da contribuição compulsória, a receita dos sindicatos se vê reduzida,
exigindo do ente sindical melhor gestão do seu orçamento para que possa
cumprir corretamente o seu mister, principalmente no que tange aos deveres
legalmente previstos a fim de que cumpra sua relevância constitucional
enquanto agente de efetivação dos direitos fundamentais sociais diante de uma
sociedade cada vez mais tecnológica. Assim, o presente artigo tem por objetivo
examinar as formas pelas quais o sindicato poderá garantir sua própria
sustentabilidade, readequando as antigas estruturas sobre as quais formado,
diante das transformações tecnológicas presentes em todos os contextos
sociais. Por fim, a metodologia proposta na obtenção dos objetivos é hipotético- dedutiva com cunho exploratório e realizada através de levantamento bibliográfico.

Abstract:
The changes brought by Law No. 13,467/2017 affected Labor
Law, especially regarding union funding. With the end of the compulsory
contribution, the unions' income was reduced, demanding from the union entity better management of its budget to correctly fulfill its task, especially regarding the legally provided duties to fulfill its relevance constitutional law to implement fundamental social rights. It is essential in the face of an increasingly
technological society. Thus, this article aims to examine how the union can
guarantee its sustainability, readjusting the old structures formed in the face of
technological transformations present in all social contexts. Finally, the
methodology proposed to obtain the objectives is hypothetical-deductive with an exploratory nature and carried out through a bibliographic survey. -
