REFLEXÃO ACERCA DOS DIREITOS DO PACIENTE COM ESTOMIA INTESTINAL DE ELIMINAÇÃO NO CONTEXTO DO SUS
A estomia intestinal de eliminação
consiste na abertura cirúrgica no abdome
visando a exteriorização de uma parte do
intestino para a eliminação de fezes. Vinculado
a isso, as alterações que precedem esse
procedimento não são apenas fisiológicas,
envolvendo implicações e expondo a
necessidade da aprimoração na prestação
de assistência ao paciente. Objetivou-se
realizar uma reflexão acerca dos direitos do
paciente com estomia no contexto do Sistema
Único de Saúde. Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa da literatura, realizada por meio
da leitura dos estudos coletados das bases
de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS),
ScientificElectronic Library Online (SciELO) e
Medical LiteratureAnalysisandRetrieval System
Online (MEDLINE). Para isso, utilizou-se
como critérios de inclusão artigos científicos
publicados entre 2009-2019, com texto
disponível na íntegra e nos idiomas inglês e
Ciências da Saúde: da Teoria à Prática 11 Capítulo 35 343
português. Ademais, fez-se uso de documentos publicados oficialmente pelo Ministério
da Saúde, a fim de fornecer maior embasamento teórico para a reflexão junto ao
contexto do Sistema Único de Saúde. Assim, a amostra desde estudo foi composta
por 5 artigos e 17 documentos reguladores. Após a análise das portarias, decretos e
leis, examinou-se os principais direitos incorporados a esses pacientes e, além disso,
com a leitura de artigos, observou-se a escassa produção científica sobre a temática.
Infere-se, portanto, que a obtenção de todas essas garantias advém de anos de
esforço e observa-se que ainda há lacunas concernentes à assistência holística ao
usuário. Também nota-se a escassez de produções sobre essa temática, sugerindo,
assim, que este contexto seja aprofundado e enriquecido.

Abstract:
The intestinal stoma has a surgical opening in the abdomen aiming an
exteriorization of a part of the intestine for a stool elimination. Linked to this, since
the changes that precede the rule are not physiological, with implications and
exponentiation in the improvement of the care of the patient. The objective was to
carry out an investigation about the rights of the patient with stoma in the context of
SUS. This is an integrative review of the literature, carried out by reading the studies
of the databases of the Virtual Health Library (VHL), the Scientific Electronic Library
Online (SciELO) and the Online Medical Literature Analysis and Recovery System (
MEDLINE). To do so, use the following categories of scientific data from 2009-2019,
with full text available in English and Portuguese. In addition, an official document
was made by the Ministry of Health, in order to provide a more theoretical basis for
a reflection along with the Unified Health System. Thus, from the study was made by
5 articles and 17 regulatory documents . After the analysis of portaries, decrees and
laws, exams-the rights rights incorporate the patients and, in addition, with a reading
reading articles, told a scientific production about the thematic. Before the study, it is
inferred that a survey of all the guarantees of years of validity and observation is made
by gaps in relation to the user’s holistic assistance. It is also a shortage of productions
on this subject, suggesting, therefore, that this context is deepened and enriched with
more productions.
