Reflections about the care of non-heterosexual individuals in a Religious Therapeutic Community
Esta comunicação tem a intenção de descrever e analisar a trajetória de indivíduos não-heterossexuais no que diz respeito a busca por afastamento do uso de substâncias no âmbito de uma comunidade terapêutica religiosa (CT). Ao longo da discussão nos nortearemos pela definição de CT presente em Ribeiro & Minayo (2015), na qual as CT's são identificadas como espaços financiados ou cofinanciados por entidades religiosas e pelo Estado que atuam com o objetivo de recuperar usuários de substâncias fundamentalmente através da abstinência. Além disso, nota-se que as CT's expandem o raio de alcance de igrejas que se empenham em promover a evangelização em bocas de fumo e cracolândias. Através da análise dos dados coletados ao longo da pesquisa, pode-se concluir que, quando adentram uma CT em busca de tratamento, indivíduos identificados como não-heterossexuais são recebidos e atendidos sob circunstâncias singulares e sujeitos a discursos profundamente atravessados por moralidades religiosas e não religiosas.

Abstract:
This paper intends to describe and analyze the trajectory of non-heterosexual individuals about the search for withdrawal from substance use within a religious therapeutic community (TC). Throughout the discussion, we will be guided by the definition of TC present in Ribeiro & Minayo (2015), in which TC's are identified as spaces financed or co-financed by religious entities and the State that act with the objective of recovering substance users, fundamentally through abstinence. In addition, it is noted that the TCs expand the reach of churches that are committed to promoting evangelization in bocas de fumo and cracolândias. Through the analysis of the data collected during the research, it can be concluded that, when they enter a TC in search of treatment, individuals identified as non-heterosexual are received and treated under unique circumstances and subject to discourses deeply traversed by religious moralities and not religious.
